312. Ultimate Fallout #1 ... Marvel ...

This issue is entitled Spider-Man No More and basically it deals with the various fall outs after Ultimatum and what-not when many heroes passed away. In the case of Peter, though he survived that, he didn't survive the nastiness that is the return of the Goblin, Osborn and he perished, literally!

So this entire issue shows us the perspective from different people including:

JJJ - who hated Spider Man but towards the end saw in his own eyes the truth and what Spider Man did for the city and the fact that it was Peter who was his photographer ...

Human Torch - short and straight to the point grief about a friend ...

MJ - who thought that there could be more and was even more hurt when she found out there wasn't ...

Aunt May - attending the memorial service ...
