Seriously, Betsy was a British telepath secret agent who wasn't much use in the X-Men until one day when the odds were against the X-Men, they took the short cut way by running into this mystical mirror called the Siege Perilous. In theory, it is supposed to weigh each entrant and give them a new lease of life. But as far as the X-men are concerned, none of them came through with anything big except our Brit friend ... who became unto an Asian ninja warrior woman type!
So as the X-Men starts to get used to having her around, the original Psylocke returned and claims to be the real Betsy Braddock. Strangely enough even Prof X cannot discern who is real and who is not and so begins a quest to the East ... tagging along is Gambit and Beast ...
Things would have been a little easier on the eye if Kubert had bothered to draw one woman with Caucasian features but instead both women have slit-eyes ... sigh ... and we love Kubert ... seriously because this issue is just plain AWESOME especially all the action scenes although the posings could be a little bit ... odd?
Anyway, in Japan, in this issue, things come to a head as they confront several of the Japanese X-villains including Silver Samurai, Shinobi Shaw, Lord Nyoirin, Matsuo and more ... but will the truth be revealed ... finally?
