Well if you started the first issue like I did even after this series has hit over 75, I hope that you are interested enough to continue because honestly, I DO NOT WANT TO SPOIL IT FOR YOU but boy does this series built up with lots of twists, crazy action and stuff that Erik Larsen only wishes he could have done it in his Dragon series (sorry, Erik, I am a fan of Dragon too but only in the first 75 or so before he became too Kirby-esque)
Anyway, in this issue, we kicked off with daddy Invincible finally revealing his own alien origins to the young boy ... and like any young kid ... the first thing it hit him was that he was going to be able to be like daddy ... flying and super strength and everything cool!
But is daddy telling the truth?
SPOILER ALERT
Nah, I won't go there. The rest of this series moves equally fast with him going out to test his abilities and encountering first a villain, then other heroes and then teaming up with them and then finding the baddies' nest and defeating them all. It's told so fast and smooth. You know that it's not meant to be heavyweight or anything because more serious stuff will eventually be coming up
A fun read the way superhero comics should be
