Well, since we are on the Radical trail, let's pick up another series, eh? And this one is the direct contrast on the last review we did. Here we take a time leap back into the past, back to the days of cowboys and indians when they have started trying to live life together
What this means is that there are people who will go around killing Indians and creating problems, there are those who see life as such as an opportunity to seize wealth for themselves and as it is Indians, the cliche thing of visions comes up
But what makes this interesting is that there is a gun that cannot be fired, a gun of legend that will only work if the person who wields it believes not in the law but in true justice ... whatever that means! So the current holder is trying to wonder which generation will produce such a great young man to save civilisation or at least their part of the civilized world
At this stage, so many potential protagonists emerge ... is it the local law guy who dresses more in a military uniform but who tries to do right by everyone including the migrant Chinese workers? Is it a young Indian mystic who sees visions of past and future and wondering why he can even see so far ahead?
Or does the gun have a life of its own?
The ending is pretty good ... and the so-called epilogue leaves us wondering ... not in a cliffhanger sort of way but more like if the seeming protagonist SPOILER ALERT is killed and really dead and not making a comeback like most other publisher comics ... what then is available for next issue?
